Capabilities

C in the menu lists what the CLI reported for the session: skills, subagents, slash commands, MCP servers and plugins, grouped by where they come from (the project, your configuration, a plugin, or built in).

TAB folds a group, RET shows the item at point, and g refreshes. Before the session’s first turn the list is empty.

Usage

C-c c U (ecc-usage) shows your Claude Code plan usage and rate limits.

The figures come from the CLI and match Settings → Usage on claude.ai. With no session running, ecc starts a CLI to ask and stops it; no prompt is sent, so it costs no tokens.
